Your Paws & Claws Pet Club (herein also called the club) membership benefits are non-transferable. Immediate family
members are the only persons eligible to benefit from the Paws and Claws program. Be sure to keep membership current as member status is regularly
monitored. A membership that has expired, will automatically terminate all the membership benefits, including the pet accident
& illness program. Paws & Claws Pet Club will engage in a continuous testing of all providers to verify the accuracy and
continuing commitment of each of the services and products they have agreed to provide. The Club will not, however, accept
responsibility for any act or omission by any provider of such products or services. Thus, Paws & Claws Pet Club will not be
responsible if any provider or vendor hereunto breaches its agreement regarding such services or products, or any
establishment refuses to accept the Paws & Claws Pet Club membership card. Paws & Claws Pet Club acts only as the
coordinator of the services offered and will not be responsible for the quality of any provider’s product or services, or for
any vendor’s inability, printing errors or omissions. However, if a problem is encountered with services or products, the
club will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Paws & Claws Pet Club is not responsible for lost, misdirected or
late mail. Paws & Claws Pet Club retains the option to cancel the membership of any club member at any time for abuse
of membership privileges and reserves the right to change, alter or amend club benefits and fees. The Paws & Claws Pet
Club maybe discontinued at any time. No Membership Card or other material may be copied, reproduces, sold or provided
to any person other than the named member. Members who share their password and username with a non-member
to gain access to benefits will be subject to membership cancellatioin. |
| Activation Date 1. Membership benefits, with the exception of the accident & illness program, will be activated upon the company’s receipt of membership application and payment by credit card. You will be notified by email the Activation date of membership. The accident & illness program will be activated when your pet is approved. A 14 day waiting period will precede activation of the illness portion of your membership. Monthly renewal date for your annual membership will be determined by the original activation date. Paws and Claws will continue to debit members credit card on that same date monthly. 2.Annual Membership paid monthly by Credit Card. Membership fees are the same for qualified and unqualified pets for the accident and illness program. Members agree that they are purchasing an annual membership. In lieu of paying the total annual membership fee, members have elected to make an initial payment of $39.95 for the first pet, All initial payments for additional pets is $34.95 per additional pet. After the 30 day trial period, members agree that the annual membership fee is to be paid by allowing Paws and Claws Pet Club to debit credit card on file for 11 consecutive months. By this method of payment your membership will be kept current.In the event of any membership fee increases all members will be advised 60 days beforehand. 3. The purchase of a membership entitles the purchaser to an annual membership. The membership will paid for in 12 monthly payments, the membership is for a full twelve (12) months. 4. Automatic Credit Card debits. Automatic debiting with credit card renewal - If a member elects to pay for membership by credit card, consisting of 12 monthly payments, membership will be renewed automatically by direct charge to the Member’s credit card, consisting of twelve monthly payments. If a member wishes to cancel this automatic renewal option, the Member must notify Paws & Claws Pet Club in writing 30 days prior to the expiration of the 12 month term of membership . 5. Refund Guarantee . A refund for paid membership fees, less processing fee and the return fee, is guaranteed for 30 days. Written notice and all membership material including membership card must be returned from the canceling member and sent to Paws & Claws Pet Club, PO Box 30469, Pensacola, FL 32503. If the membership fee was paid by check or money order, the refund will be forwarded to the canceling member within 30 days. If the membership fee was paid by credit card, the refund will be made through a credit to the canceling Member’s credit card. 6. Cancellation of membership. Members that are 15 days late on their membership fees due to non-sufficient funds or any other reason will automatically have membership cancelled 7.
